The radiator in the bedroom as well as the en suite are individually programmable and temperature controlled via thermostat or an app on your phone. A professional cleaner cleans the common areas and the en suite weekly.
ALL BILLS INCLUDING TV, COUNCIL TAX, BROADBAND, GAS, ELECTRICITY AND WATER ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THE RENT. The heating is capped at 21 degrees Celcius.
