Geoff Cardno - Director

Geoff Cardno - Director

Geoff is the founder and Managing Director of Limestone which he formed with two business partners back in 2001. Things have moved on a bit since then and he is now the sole Director of the company.

He is predominantly a Financial Adviser and as such spends a majority of his time working for Limestone’s sister company Lewis Christopher Ltd.

Geoff lives in Newport Pagnell and has two grown up children and a grandson. He is a keen golfer and tries to get to the Gym at least a couple of times a week although he doesn’t need much of an excuse not to! In his spare time he is Treasurer at Newport Pagnell Town Football Club as well as the Finance Director for the Berks and Bucks Football Association.

His other interests include eating out and travelling.

Tracy Cardno - Director

Tracy Cardno - Director

As well as being a shareholder in the business, Tracy looks after all the money side of things as far as lettings is concerned and has been employed in the role in for over 10 years. Her vast experience of the back office system means that landlord get paid on time and make the whole landlord/tenant experience as stress free as possible.

In her spare time she enjoys running, swimming, reading and walking.

Tracy has two grown up sons, Daniel and Lewis and a grandson.

Paul Neale - Lettings Manager

Paul Neale - Lettings Manager

Paul has worked in sales and lettings in the Milton Keynes area since the early 90’s and prior to this worked as a credit controller. He now specialises in lettings and took over the role as lettings manager in September 2015.

Paul has two children, Lauren and Charlie. In the small amount of spare time he has, he enjoys eating out, going to the gym, playing and watching all kinds of sport and spending time with the family. He is also an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan (for his sins).

Janet Kirby - Lettings Administrator

Janet Kirby - Lettings Administrator

My background was formerly in recruitment and had a change of career in 2009 when I joined a local estate / lettings agent working in administration.

I now work part-time on lettings arranging viewings, property visits and dealing with any maintenance issues.
